I am in private practice as a licensed psychological associate with a M.A. in clinical psychology, I have cerebral palsy and I've loved snakes for nearly 50 years; ever since my mother sent me to a summer camp for special needs children when I was 7 in Detroit. We were all gathered in the mess hall and I was seated in an aisle seat when a man who was to do a reptile program for us walked by me holding what I thought was a giant black snake (probably 6 feet or so) with its head stretched out and tongue flicking, tasting the air. I'd never seen anything like it and my first impression was, "WOW!!!"
And it has never left me.

Alison is my wife of 30 years, a retired school psychologist (after 23 years) who devotes many hours socializing our amazing albino alligator and new 34 baby green anacondas (one died a few hours after birth).
